Taste of the World Event

Every year, FSN 344: Quantity Food Production collaborates with International Programs to produce appetizers for Taste of the World. This event promotes cross cultural understanding and Cal Poly's Study Abroad programs. Students in FSN 344 select, taste test and enlarge recipes from the world's many cuisines to the delight of hundreds of students. Below are recent videos:
