Research and professional interests

My research interests are linked through my disciplinary interests in both nutrition and exercise. My primary research theme focuses on the integration of nutrition and exercise for achieving and maintaining health and preventing lifestyle-related chronic disease across the lifespan for the individual, family, and community. I have a special interest in women's health and nutrition to optimize endurance performance and recovery.
