Pilot Plant Manager for the Cal Poly Food Science and Nutrition Department
As the Pilot Plant Manager, I oversee every aspect of teaching, research and industry activities conducted in the Pilot Plant. My goal is to maintain a professional, safe, state-of-the-art facility for hands on learning for student and food related research and pilot scale production for facutly, graduate students, and staff.
